I am late on this one, and I'll have more catching up to do besides this class; but enough wasting words. Style to me is any kind of signature that one makes in what they do or perform. One HOPES to be able to create a distinction from the masses in literature, art, etc. but often we grab inspiration and technique from those we admire(and perhaps not?). When beginning to write, I believe one has to focus on their style until it eventually comes natural. For writing and other actions, a person's style might have only a few ways of doing things, or expressing ideas. But I think that style can always be expanding and evolving, with people often reinventing themselves. I like to think that my own style reflects my personality in the way I do things, which could be why I'm late in writing this post and sucking at it.
